Gmail users now have an option for a social CRM tool right within their inbox with the Rapportive plugin. The UK startup’s new Gmail plugin for Chrome and Firefox pulls in your contacts and gives you a preview of their profile, complete with picture and bio, as well as links to other social profiles.
