Simple Social CRM Plugin for Gmail: Rapportive


Gmail users now have an option for a social CRM tool right within their inbox with the Rapportive plugin. The UK startup’s new Gmail plugin for Chrome and Firefox pulls in your contacts and gives you a preview of their profile, complete with picture and bio, as well as links to other social profiles. In addition, notes can be added for each contact to help keep them all straight or to add insights to each one. Read more
