Project Manager includes, milestones, a graphical timeline and the ability to record time and expenses.  Projects can be imported from and exported to Microsoft Project.

The custom Project record can be linked to a Company record.  The Project record has a standard set of project management fields that you might expect, including start and end dates, budget and costs.  Project Communications are used to create individual activities against a project.  Multiple Communications can be linked under a milestone.

Time entries are recorded under a Time Entry tab in the Project record.  These time entries are associated with Communication records.

Since Project Manager for Sage CRM runs completely inside of Sage CRM, it can be further customized to meet the specific business needs of any organization.
